PS3 getting discontinued in japan.
You heard that right. No there not coming out with a PS4 but they are coming out with an updated PS3. Kinda like the PS3 Slim.
Whats your thoughts? There seems to be so much stuff pointing to a PS3 Slim and a price cut. Hopefully they start this price cut soon or else no one is going to buy the PS3 until a price cut.

PS3 raising productions for key component
Sony is raising productions for a PS3 key component. It is said to have 1 million parts of these made. Interesting. That's a lot more than last quarter. Either Sony is expecting higher sales,getting ready for something *cough cough* PS3 Slim *cough cough*, or there lowering the price.
Fat Princess DLC
Just a couple days ago Fat Princess, a PSN exclusive game, got released. In Fat Princess's menu there is something called Fat Downloads, which leads to the possibility of DLC. Seeing how the game is one of the biggest down loadable title, is DLC not to far off?
Sega announcing a new console 9-9-09?
Sega released the dream cast in 9-9-99; so why not announce a new console 9-9-09. I would not be surprised if they announced it. Sega has already said it is a possibility. They have had some good games recently; one of there best being Valkyrie Chronicles.

PSP Go dropping price
According to a reliable source; a little before launch Sony will announce a PSP Go price cut.
It is a smart move on Sonys part; because everyone I know was not going to buy one at 250 dollars. The source did not say anything about what the price will be dropped down to; but it should be less than 200.
Thoughts? I definitely think it's a smart move. Sony was going to go bankrupt with that price tag.
